Q. Can I order decorations seperately
A. Cake Toppers & Flowers can be ordered seperately, however damage could occur if you require items posted

Q. Would you ice/design or decorate a cake for me if I provided my own items
A. Yes just email/call to discuss details with no obligation; I will be delighted to discuss your cake with you.

Q. What areas do you deliver to?
A. I can deliver wedding cakes free of charge within a 20 mile radius. Deliveries across the UK would incur additional charges and would be discussed as part of your personal consultation service. This delivery service is to ensure your wedding cake reaches you or your venue in perfect condition.
  Q. Do you supply cake bases or stands?
  A. I can supply cake bases and stands, a deposit of £20 is required for bases and £30 for stands but this will be returned to you when the base or stand are returned to me and are undamaged.

  Q. Can I have any tiers of my wedding cake made in sponge?
  A. Your wedding cake can be all fruit, all sponge or a combination of any of the cake recipes that you select. I recommend that any sponge tiers are best used on the day but they will last longer, i don't add any preservatives or additives to my freshly baked sponges,
  Q. Do you use a cake mix for either your wedding fruit cake or sponge?
  A. No I never use any prepared mixes, I mix each cake individually, whether fruit or sponge and use separate ingredients.
    Q. I don't like certain ingredients in cakes, can some of these be left out?
    A. Yes as my fruit cakes are mixed individually and are not prepared mixes i can add or omit anything you do or do not like. I am able to produce totally organic cakes and cater for people with allergies.
      Q. How far in advance do I need to order a wedding cake?
      A. I prefer at least one months notice for ordering a wedding cake which contains any fruit tiers, two weeks notice for all sponge tiers. We understand that sometimes people get let down by their cake decorator so I keep a supply for short notice orders.
      Q. Do I have to order one of the wedding cake designs from your web site?
      A. Not at all, I pride myself on designing unique and personal cakes and can create the cake of your dreams incorporating your colour scheme, ideas and wishes, just email/call to discuss details with no obligation; I will be delighted to discuss your cake with you.
    Q. I like a cake on your web site but would like it a different shape, is this possible?
    A. Yes your wedding cake can be any shape you wish, round, square, heart, oval or any colour or combination you wish.
    Q. How long can I keep my wedding cake, I would like to keep the top tier?
    A. Any fruit tiers can be kept for twelve weeks, we don't recommend keeping it any longer than this but it's totally up to you. I have recovered fruit cake over seven years old
      Q. Who provides the cake stands and cake knife for my wedding?
      A. Usually this is provided by the wedding venue or caterer. However, please ask us if yours are not supplying these.
      Q. How can I be sure that what I order will match perfectly with my colours?
I strive to represent my products as accurately as possible in the photographs shown on my website. With any hand-made or hand-decorated item, slight design variations are possible, and colors may differ somewhat from those shown in pictures due to photographic limitations, differences in computer monitors, or die-lot variation. If you are ordering and have a specific background color in mind, I would encourage you to mail me a color sample (fabric, napkin, etc.) for matching purposes, and I will get as close as possible.
      Q. Are the flowers edible?
      A. Flowers are often made in icing, however as they formed using wires I do not recommend that they are eaten, flowers can also be made from a permanent non edible modelling material.
